Planned services & prices
What we intend to offer, and when.
Nothing on this page is bookable yet. Two services arrive at launch, the rest follow — each one is labelled, so you can see which is which.
At a glance
Consultations are free during the private beta. The prices below are what we intend to charge afterwards — they are our working numbers, not a commitment, and we will update this page if they move.
| Consultation | Length | Available | Planned price |
|---|---|---|---|
| General practice | 20 min | At launch | ₦3,500 |
| Follow-up (within 14 days) | 15 min | At launch | ₦2,000 |
| Children under 12 | 25 min | Soon after | ₦4,500 |
| Talking therapy | 45 min | Soon after | ₦12,000 |
| Sexual health | 20 min | Later | ₦5,000 |
| Skin review (photos first) | 20 min | Later | ₦7,500 |
| Long-term condition check-in | 20 min | Later | ₦3,000 |
| Repeat prescription only | no call | Later | ₦1,500 |
A price will cover the consultation, your notes, and any prescription or lab request that comes out of it. Lab tests and medicines will always be paid for separately, to the lab or the pharmacy.
General practice
₦3,500 · 20 minutes
The first service we will open, and the one we will judge ourselves on. A GP, on video, for the ordinary things that go wrong.
Get early accessIntended for
- Malaria and typhoid symptoms
- Fever, cough, sore throat, flu
- Stomach upset and food poisoning
- Urinary tract infections
- Headaches and body pain
- Minor allergic reactions
You will leave with
- A diagnosis, or an honest “we need a test first”
- A prescription by email, for any licensed pharmacy
- A lab request where one is needed
- Written notes the same day
Children under 12
₦4,500 · 25 minutes
With a paediatrician, never a GP — which is why it waits until we have recruited two. Five extra minutes, because parents always have one more question.
Intended for
- Fever and febrile illness
- Rashes, eczema, nappy rash
- Coughs, colds, ear pain
- Diarrhoea and rehydration advice
- Feeding, weight and sleep worries
- Immunisation schedule questions
Babies under 3 months
We will not consult on infants under three months with a fever, at launch or ever. That is a hospital visit, the same day.
Talking therapy
₦12,000 · 45 minutes
Designed by our psychology lead and scheduled in advance rather than same day. We expect most people to come weekly or fortnightly for six to eight sessions.
Intended for
- Anxiety and panic
- Work burnout
- Low mood
- Grief and bereavement
- Sleep difficulty
- Relationship strain
Worth knowing now
- Evening slots are planned for Tuesday and Thursday
- There will be no crisis line. If you are in danger now, call 112
- Psychiatric medication will be referred to a psychiatrist
Sexual health
₦5,000 · 20 minutes
Discreet and unbothered. We want to launch this properly — with collection under a reference number rather than your name — which means it cannot be first.
Intended for
- Contraception, including the pill and injection
- Emergency contraception
- STI symptoms and test requests
- Erectile difficulty
- Recurrent thrush and BV
- Pre-travel and PrEP advice
Always referred on
- Anything requiring a physical or internal examination
- Coil and implant fitting or removal
- Pregnancy care beyond a first confirmation
Skin review
₦7,500 · photos, then 20 minutes
You will upload three photos in daylight when you book, so the dermatologist can look before the call. It waits on secure image upload, which is not built yet.
Intended for
- Acne and post-acne marks
- Eczema and dry skin
- Hyperpigmentation
- Fungal infections
- Reaction to a cream or soap
- Hair and scalp problems
Moles and changing lesions
A photograph will never be good enough for anything that has changed shape or colour, or started bleeding. Those will always go to a dermatologist in person, and we will not charge for saying so.
Long-term conditions
₦3,000 per check-in · ₦1,500 repeat prescription
For hypertension and type 2 diabetes already diagnosed elsewhere. Continuity matters most here, so we will not open it until we have doctors who can commit to regular hours.
How it will run
- A check-in every 4 to 12 weeks, your choice
- The same GP each time wherever we can manage it
- A reminder when a repeat is due
You will need
- A home BP monitor, or a glucometer
- Your current medication names and doses
- Your most recent lab results, if you have them
Pharmacy & labs
No partnerships yet. Here is the plan.
We have no pharmacy or laboratory agreements in place, and we are not going to list logos we have not earned. What follows is what we are working towards.
Pharmacies
LaterAt launch: your prescription arrives by email and you take it to any licensed pharmacy you like. That is the whole mechanism, and it works everywhere in Nigeria.
Later: we would like to arrange direct sending and delivery with pharmacies around Lagos. We will take no commission when we do — otherwise the prescription stops being about you.
Pharmacies: talk to usLab tests
Soon afterAt launch: the doctor writes a lab request you can take to any laboratory — malaria parasite, full blood count, blood sugar, lipids, liver and kidney function, urinalysis.
Later: home sample collection, and results routed back to your doctor automatically. Reading results with a doctor will always be free after a paid consultation.
Labs: talk to usPaying
Nothing to pay yet.
Payments are a later phase of the build. The beta is free, and the policies below are what we intend to adopt when charging begins.
Planned ways to pay
- Debit card
- Bank transfer
- USSD
Charged before the call, once, with no subscription tier.
Planned refund policy
- Cancel more than 2 hours ahead: full refund
- Doctor sends you elsewhere: full refund
- We miss the slot: full refund and a free follow-up
- You miss the slot: rebooked once at no charge
