Beta‑Lyfe

Contact us

A person reads every message.

There is no chatbot and no ticket number — there are four of us. Use this to join the early-access list, to offer your services as a doctor, or to ask something the FAQ does not cover.

This is not a way to see a doctor. Beta-Lyfe is not open, and we cannot arrange medical care for you. If you are unwell, see a doctor in person; in an emergency call 112 or Lagos State on 767.

The inbox, meanwhile, is read on weekdays.

The office

14B Adeola Odeku Street

Two rooms and four desks. There is no waiting room, no doctor on site and nothing to walk in for — but if you are a doctor or a pharmacy and would rather talk in person, say so and we will arrange it.

Doctors, read this first

What we are offering and what we will ask of you is set out on the About us page. Mention your specialty and rough availability in the message and we will come back with specifics.

Might save you a message

Three things we are asked every week.

“When do you launch?”

Private beta first, no published date. The build status is the honest version.

“How much will it be?”

Free in the beta; ₦3,500 planned for a GP visit. All of it on the services page.

“Can you see me now?”

No. Nothing is bookable and no doctor is on call. Please see someone in person.
